Smarter Inspections Start Here: Announcing Inspect Cloud 2.1

Turn routine inspections into smarter insights with better asset fusion, GIS overlays, and custom workflows.

At Noteworthy AI, we’re committed to helping utilities turn routine operations into powerful opportunities for insight. With the release of Inspect Cloud 2.1, we’re delivering our most advanced, flexible, and user-driven experience yet—designed to unlock even more value from every truck roll.

This latest update introduces a suite of new features and improvements that make it easier to manage data, spot issues, and align AI-detected assets with existing workflows. Whether you’re streamlining maintenance planning or identifying infrastructure gaps, the new version of Inspect Cloud helps you move faster and smarter.

Better Data. Fewer Duplicates.

At the core of this release is a major enhancement to our asset fusion. By using pole-top characteristics and geolocation coordinates, Inspect Cloud now more intelligently merges images captured across multiple inspections—minimizing the possibility of duplicates and giving you a clearer, more accurate picture of each unique asset.

We’ve also made it easier to edit detected assets. You can now update asset types—like switching a pole from lighting to utility—and correct any mismatches between AI-identified assets and your GIS records. It’s all about helping you maintain cleaner, more trustworthy inventories.

See Your System Like Never Before

Utilities rely on context—and Inspect Cloud now delivers more of it. With the new GIS matching and map layers, you can upload your own asset data and immediately see how it aligns with what we’ve detected in the field. In addition to matches, we've also added an extensive menu of layers that can be toggled on and off to quickly highlight important pole-top equipment, defects, and more.

We've also added support for operational region boundaries, letting you upload KML and similar file types to visualize your territories directly within the platform.

And when you need to drill down fast, you can now search by coordinates or address, zooming straight into the locations that matter most.

Insights That Work the Way You Do

We know every utility’s workflow is different. That’s why we’ve introduced user-defined labels, so you can flag issues or group assets in ways that match your internal processes. These labels also plug into an expanded filtering system, allowing you to filter by region, image capture dates, or any label you’ve applied.

New dashboards bring high-level visibility across deployments, while the Noteworthy Insights pane helps surface critical issues like damaged transformers or leaning poles—instantly. You can also view a new lighting asset summary that details type, source, and counts, streamlining lighting audits and retrofit planning.

A Platform That Evolves With You

With Inspect Cloud 2.1, we’re taking another step forward in helping utilities gain more insight from every mile driven. Whether you’re responding to storms, auditing infrastructure, or planning for the future, these updates make it easier to act with confidence and clarity.
